We also hired him to fix our leaking skylights! It was quite the job. He came by the first week and tackled the roof vent/gap with his colleague John. Then we had some bad weather - so there was bit of a delay. But we were cool with that! About a week later he came back and wrapped up the Skylights which were a ton of work to fix. It had been "fixed" incorrectly several times before he came out and it was a mess of caulk... Which didn't really ever solve water getting in. (Though the inspection prior to the quote we found nails in the attic that weren't nailed into the roof truss (so water was unfortunately getting in through that AND he found once he removed the shingles on the roof multiple holes from where nails used to be, but weren't, on the flashing, felt, etc. and water was obviously getting in through those as well)We had a huge storm a few days after the job was all done and everything is working as it should! Thanks Nick and team. read less
